How he listens to my concerns and then addresses them in such a way that when I leave his office I am confident about his treatment plan for my life.
My mood today wasn’t good preparing to go to the doctor. Follow up on lab visit. When I got there my spirits were lifted. I was greeted by a friendly group of staff members. As soon as I checked in , my doctor’s nurse called me to come follow her. Another staffer a very caring young lady took my vitals. She made me very comfortable and grateful that my numbers were good. Dr.? Novack took a lot of time with me explaining my condition. I backed up his schedule & he didn’t seem annoyed when we kept asking questions.
