Heard water running from somewhere in the wall behind our half bathroom sink. I immediately called A&D who prompted me to turn off the water supply to prevent further damage. They had two men come to inspect only an hour or so after I called. They found a busted pipe in our crawl space, took photos of the damage, gave me advice on the next steps I should take, scheduled a plumber to fix the pipe - who arrived the same day within a couple hours, and set up equipment in our crawl to begin the drying process.
