The staff was courteous, professional, trustworthy, and replied/communicated with us and our insurance company throughout the entire process. It was a stressful situation for our family. After a sump pump failure during a recent storm, A & D was there promptly to replace the sump pump quickly and minimize the damage. The cleaning and restoration crew were all very respectful of the work they did during this time of uncertainty with the Covid pandemic. They communicated well and and everything was done in a timely fashion as they made you feel a priority to get your house back to normal. I highly recommend their services with no reservations.

We had a pretty extensive basement job that included tons of mold/termites we unexpectedly found trying to do a small renovation. We were in a complete panic and needed it done perfectly and ASAP. They not only came to the rescue before any other company could and provided excellent customer service—the person who came to test the basement for mold (prior to restoration & upon completion) said they’d never seen such a thorough restoration job done before!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU A&D!!!!
The best restoration & remodel company in Indy. Excellent team, workmanship, organization. They did a full gut and remodel on our main floor bathroom...it took longer Than planned and cost more than our budget but the quality of workmanship, communication and finished product made it all worth it. Thanks Kyle, Joe, Eric, Bryan and everyone - you guys are the best!
