Needed a quote for installing a part, the service advisor made the assumption that other things needed to be removed before the part could be installed. The advisor quoted the cost for labor more then was required. I will never recommend or use their service. They take advantage of the public. It pays to shop around and avoid dealerships like Acura.

Same day turnaround! Even though the service was costly :-/ someone did a "smash and grab" on our MDX while we were taking announcement photos at the Palace of Fine Arts in SF. $700 for the glass and labor.

No thank you, Acura. I don't want to drive a rented two door Ford Focus (lawnmower) for an indefinite amount of time while you "wait for the parts" that have been recalled. (I drive a small car every day, we're talking about our SUV) No more driving our car that holds our horns, dive gear, dogs, etc. because we got our notice about the defective airbags and the dealer knows we received the notice.
