I went there for oil leak and noise in the front shock area of my 2019 RDX. They added special color oil to the engine, and I brought it back after 1000 miles, and they found the leak, and corrected it. The service advisor Landon was excellent, He kept me informed about the progress and very professional. Overall, I was very happy with the service, and recommend Acura of Pleasanton.
Went there for voluntary recall service. They made made me wait 3 hours then refused to perform the service because they didn’t think my car was broken *enough* (even though they acknowledged that it did have a problem). Plus they were rude about it. Waste of time and money. Being accustomed to *real* customer service at Lexus and BMW, I wouldn’t waste my time and money on another Acura.
They were very busy the morning I was there, but I can tell everyone was hustling. I had Joey as my advisor and he explained everything that I needed to know about my car. My car was in good hands.
Leased an RDX yesterday. All staff involved were pleasant and helpful. Needless to say, I would expect that since they wanted our business.
Excellent customer care. Very attentive to customer concerns and always giving updates to keep customer informed of any delays and also useful suggestions.
