RecommendedMy thanks to Marisol Arvizu and Gary Chan for expediting repair work on my MDX. The service offered by this dealership has been excellent over almost ten years. There aren’t too many (any?) dealerships where service consultants say “just email me when you need service.”
The hospitality at Acura Pleasanton is beyond a 5 star. Although they were crazy busy and I couldn’t get my tire changed right away, they set me up in an office to work & also included me in there company lunch celebration - Acura of Pleasanton you ROCK!!!

PLEASANT experience in PLEASANTON just goes together and Shaun Dortch, my service consultant, makes it happen!!! Great service. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They have a nice waiting area with snacks. The service attendant was professional and corteous.
They took care of my needs very quickly, They were able to provide a loaner car so I could continue my day at work.

Been going here for over 10 years. By far best customer service I have ever received at any dealer. Hyundai, terrible. Made the change once and will never do it again. Acura for life.
