The vehicle had several problems I was not informed about, seatbelt didn’t work, and an oil leak. I shouldn’t of bought the vehicle but they did take the price down, and I needed a car that day unfortunately. The guy I worked with was extremely nice, as were the other workers, but I would of rather paid full price and just had a vehicle without problems.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and it was such a great first time experience. Everyone there was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I’d recommend these guys to my grandma! Ask for Ed, he was great as well.
Great price so I emailed them. They sold the vehicle while I was in the process of negotiating and before I finished communicating with them. I wish I would have called instead of emailing!
I must say how wonderful the service team is at Acura! I am always treated with respect and courtesy when I call to schedule, all the way through to signing The paperwork. I appreciate all the individuals I’ve worked with there and want to give a personal shout out to Steve Carberry for going above and beyond to help me feel safe driving my vehicle!
