I have a 2016 Acura ILX and made an appointment for an oil change a couple months ago. The team was very kind, professional, and respectful. They went above and beyond on customer service. Took the time to get to know me as a customer. In addition, they loaned me a RDX A-spec for the day so I wouldn’t have to wait for their team to service my car on a Saturday. I was impressed! Jay Kraus is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Although I bought an older model Acura (at a great deal by the way), I was treated as if I was shopping for a new vehicle. If looking for an awesome new or used car, worth checking out Ac of Omaha. Good people and great vehicle options.

Just got off the phone with Acura Of Omaha. The entire time I was on hold, the background message is telling me how wonderful their service is and how they will go above and beyond anything they can to help me out.
