I was looking at a specific used car, and I appreciated the care and concern shown to me by my sales rep, Jay Kraus. He listened to my needs, and understood why I was shopping for this type of vehicle. The transaction was seamless and painless. Even though this was probably the lowest price sale made by the dealership in October, I was treated with respect.
If you're looking for a good reputable company this IS NOT the company! Read the multiple customer complaints posted about them on Facebook about their cars and how they treat their customers. Be weary! Don't buy from this dealership!!!!!
I was being financed from a bank and the bank was sending Acura of Omaha a check directly. They were fully aware of this and then asked me to write a personal check just in case they didn't get it from my bank BUT said to me "Don't worry we won't cash it though." This seemed fishy and gave me bad signals. The salesman asked me multiple times to do this and each time I told him NO! You're getting a check from the bank. Why do you keep asking me to do this!!!
