Just got off the phone with Acura Of Omaha. The entire time I was on hold, the background message is telling me how wonderful their service is and how they will go above and beyond anything they can to help me out. When I am finally taken off of hold, the man I spoke to informs me that the question I asked him about might be found in the service manuals they have. I was looking at a specific used car, and I appreciated the care and concern shown to me by my sales rep, Jay Kraus. He listened to my needs, and understood why I was shopping for this type of vehicle. The transaction was seamless and painless. Even though this was probably the lowest price sale made by the dealership in October, I was treated with respect.
I was being financed from a bank and the bank was sending Acura of Omaha a check directly. They were fully aware of this and then asked me to write a personal check just in case they didn't get it from my bank BUT said to me "Don't worry we won't cash it though." This seemed fishy and gave me bad signals. The salesman asked me multiple times to do this and each time I told him NO! You're getting a check from the bank. Why do you keep asking me to do this!!! I am a Realtor, with clients in my car every day. Everyone who gets in my Acura raves about how nice it is!! I love how smooth it drives, and how roomy the back seat is for my passengers. This is my second Acura. My current 2019 Bronze Acura MDX is gorgeous and such a luxury ride. It can handle all the grandkids and the art supplies I purchase. Jay Kruse is a joy to have as our Dealer.
