When my parents 2019 MDX lost power, Acura of Omaha roadside assistance left my elderly parents waiting for more than an hour for a jump start on a cold winter night! After the ETA passed they called again and were told they were not “in the system” and would need to wait another hour!! Also they were told that they couldn’t try to jump it but could only tow it! RJ was extremely easy to work with. He was easy to talk to and made my car buying experience amazing! The finance manager was awesome as well! I have had terrible experiences buying a car in the past so this was very refreshing to me. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat to everyone!
