Jim was very easy to work with! Even before traveling to Athens (1.5-2 hours) he was very responsive, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), was incredibly accommodating, and was willing to negotiate to meet me where I wanted to be. Also, even the normally unpleasant paperwork/purchasing part of the process was good! Lexie was patient and helpful the entire time! Very happy with my Volvo purchase experience and enjoying driving it every, single day!
I am on my second Volvo and we are considering a third, I am looking forward to working with Billy Steuver again on that order, he has been wonderful to work with! As well, the service department has always been great, and for my recent 20k maintenance they brought me a compolimentary rental car, picked up my Volvo and returned it clean and in perfect order the next day - AWESOME SERVICE!
