I had a great experience working with Diana Perez. She communicated with me on the status of my repair, giving me constant updates. She communicated with technicians and Acura reps to make sure my car was fixed completely and was proactive in managing the repair process. Thank you Diana!

They are wonderful here. I have had an Acura from them since 2012 and have never once regretted my decision. The service department is amazing. Diana in Acura service is always quick to help and fit us into the schedule. I can not say enough good things about the people or service.
just got my Acura RDX back from service and continue to appreciate all the special services, like the door to door pickup....this one is really great. Additionally, the car is used to take our dogs to the commons on a daily basis. they had made our cream seats, brown. the seats look new, car smells new and as usual, runs perfectly! thanks service team and thanks Charles Middleton for running a first class dealership!
I love the folks at Volvo of Athens! Recently on Saturday morning my wife's battery died in her XC60. After calling and confirming the battery was covered under warranty they sent a tech to our house to give us a jump since the vehicle was positioned out of the reach of my jumper cables. The guys in the service department stayed late to install a new battery! Where else can you find this type of service? Not to mention the professional, no-haggle sales team. I can't say enough great things about this dealership.
Purchased 2016 MDX, highlight of experience was working with Sean, salesman. His commitment continued on Friday pm after exhausting all means of utilizing TLC Acura, AAA towing, and airport maintenance. Over 4 hrs of waiting while trying to figure out how either to charge the battery or tow it. At 10:30 pm (Friday pm) I placed a call to Sean for assistance.
