This is my twentieth year doing business with Acura Columbus and there is a reason why: they go the extra mile to take care of their customers. Even if there is a problem they can’t fix, they have the resources to point you in the right direction. Excellent sales staff and excellent service staff. I plan to be returning to Acura Columbus for as long as I’m able to drive.
We bought an Integra from Columbus Acura the week when they were short staffed this summer. We were so lucky to have Matthi and Ryan's help. We were nervous as this was the first time we financed a car (at a great rate 0f 0.99%APR) and also the first time we purchased one for our son sight unseen as we live over 800 miles away and our son was unable to be there. If you are looking for a new or used car stop buy Acura of Dublin. Ask for Mike shay. His light hearted manner and willingness to help made for a good sales experience. The overall dealership sales routine wasn't too bad. Based on my experience 4/5. Hope others can find a good car buying experience.
