"Best car purchase I have ever experienced" - My dad, who is not easy to impress with cars, and honestly, is not someone who likes to shop for cars at dealerships. This experience changed that. Tyler in sales was super helpful. He answered all all of my questions and treated me like a valued customer. John in finance was also very helpful. Others that work there walked by, said hi, asked if I needed anything etc. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!
Very disappointed in the way the vehicle the brand new vehicle was (not) detailed. The windows were terrible inside and out. And the wheels were filthy, not understanding why the whales were so bad, including inside of the whales around the brake rotors inside. I was surprised it took so long to sign all the paperwork and close the deal. And I thought your manager was not very interested in my trade with his highest offer being $16,250 and I was able to sell the car in less than 22 hours for 19,750.
I want to thank Vaughn and the team for bending over backwards to get me the car I wanted. They definitely went above and beyond. I’m loving my new ADX!
I had a warranty issue which I’ve never had before and they took care of me superbly love this place
