Great experience. Raquel and I were shocked at how smooth everything went. Mansoor was awesome. Stayed after hours yesterday and took us on our test drive and came in on Labor Day to get us in the car we wanted. We plan to make our next cars Wappingers Acuras.
Rude, purposely left options out when pricing my trade-in and purposely filtered out similar cars to mine retailing at a higher value when showing me why they came up with their price. When called out on it I was told "good luck with your search, you're never going to get anything close to what you want". Was told I was being given a whole $300 discount off the sticker "because I live close by".
