In July we had been in contact with the dealership about the price of a 2017 RDX. After several days of back and forth on pricing, we were told that the car’s price had actually increased $1000 because “work was performed”. There Customer service is harable in the sales department manger is not trust worthy there paper said I didn't own a certified car my paper work says different !! Not trust worthy st all sold me a car with bad tires not happy at all
Had a great experience! Came up from Long Island, test drove and walked out with my new car within two hours! The staff was excellent, friendly and patient. A wonderful experience!!
Service at this place is amazing! John the manager and Ed Egan are one of a kind... these folks make your service experience exceptional! This is why I keep coming back to Wappinger Falls Acura... if it were not for these two and let's not exclude Debbie I would not be going out of my way an hour to visit this location...
