Had a wonderful experience! Glen the salesman was very pleasant to work with! Easy going and not pressure! Eric in financing was very informative in re: to the interest rates and payments!! We enjoyed our few hours with Acura Bradshaw and LOVE our Ford Flex!!

Salesman seemed nice but when it came to financing the car and talking to used car manager, things went south. He insisted I sign a contract before having the car professionally inspected. Needless to say, that was a deal breaker, and he had wasted my time driving several hours.
We called to speak with a salesperson about a specific car we eanted to see were told the car we were looking at was available. After taking a half day off work to go there when we arrived we found out it had been sold 2 days prior. This appeared to be a c ome on ad and I will never do business with them again!
Dealer contacted me immediately but I never got a follow up to schedule anything. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about my experience with this dealer. Made a 3hr trip to look at the vehicle and ultimately made a deal on the SUV. No hassle, priced as advertised and helpful. So far it looking like a great deal! Happy customer. If I had to do it again, I would.
I have purchased a used vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago and the overall service was just okay. However, during my current search their internet rep has been very responsive. Still searching for a vehicle.
The used car sales staff at this dealership were wonderful. They were not pushy at all! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us on the road as quickly as possible with our "new" vehicle.
There were no pictures or price posted for this car. I contacted the dealer asking for price. I received an email introduction from a sales rep expressing a desire to make my car buying experience positive. I asked again for pricing. A few days later I receive another email from the same sales person asking about my interest in the car but no pricing information. I responded again asking for price and have not heard anything since.
