The representative was very straight forward and nonchalant. Not friendly at all. Will not pursue a purchase with this dealer.

The Internet representative responded right away, but when I called about the vehicle I wanted I was told $2000 worth of work needed to be done to the vehicle, but couldn't get an answer about what was wrong with it. Guess they could care less about my sale.

The salesman was very friendly and courteous. The finance manager was a little arrogant and rude in our opinion. Wasn't very friendly. We ended up going through our credit union to purchase the car.
Horrible customer service. Salesperson did not seem motivated to sell the vehicle and was not even knowledgable about the vehicle. I have now purchased an acadia Denali and would not recommend Bradshaw
