I have purchased 3 Infinitis from Bradshaw over the past 5 years and can honestly say it has been without hesitation the easiest buying experience I ha ve ever had with a car dealer. no pressure at any time and a willingness to negotiate price. Very knowledgeable sales staff , they answered all my questions about the QX60. We are very pleased with our new car.
I was in the dealership this morning. As I was walking out, the floor was wet. I slipped and fell on my back, hitting my head on the tile floor. Several employees asked if I was ok, but that was all. No signs posted about wet floors until after my fall. No one has called to check on me or anything. Clearly they don’t care about customer safety or whether I would be returning which I will not.
