The $400 pre-operative fee was pledged to me in writing as fully refundable if I decided the monovision trial was not to my liking. After I informed them that such was the case they refused to refund, forcing me to initiate a chargeback procedure with American Express.

RecommendedI had Lasik 7 years ago at Acuity, and I wish I has done it sooner. I work on computers all day too, which is very straining on your eyes. I've never needed a correction and to this day my vision is still 20/15 that's right better then 20/20. Plus I'm not a youngster any more, pushing 50 and my closeup vision is still perfect as well. By the way, Dr Vale not only fixed my prescription, but took care of glare and a slight astigmatism as well. Recommendedbest decision I ever made my only regret is not doing it years sooner the actual surgery took about 5 minutes it's hard to put into words the freedom you feel not having to depend on glasses for everything you do thanks a million to everyone at acuity
RecommendedDr. Vale performed lasik vision correction on my eyes yesterday and today I already have 2020 vision. I'm beside myself in disbelief of my vision.. My eyes were both -4.50 .. RecommendedI had laser surgery in August and love the results. Dr Vale takes his job seriously and gives you detailed instructions to follow. His instructions are what makes the eyes recover quickly. He also takes the time to understand the best procedure for you. I have the Lasik completed with mono vision. Best decision I had was to follow his recommendation! Thank you Dr. Vale and Team for the awesome care.
