From the first phone call to walking out the door after a thorough cleaning job, RJ was very friendly and easy to talk to. He got all the stains out and he was willing to clean whatever I need help with. I have 3 children; so, his help was appreciated. I highly recommend him.

RJ scheduled my carpet cleaning a week out and easily worked around my schedule. He's friendly, professional and accommodating - even helped move heavy objects to my foyer. He offered extra services but didn't oversell. My pale grey carpet looks new again! I would definitely hired Active Chem Dry in the future. I highly recommend their service.

I had my stairs cleaned this morning after having a dog in the home for many years and Active Chem-Dry did a fantastic job of taking care of all the spots and stains on the carpet, would recommend the company very highly.
