R.J. was a truly professional tech. He arrived on time and completely explained the entire process to my wife and myself. He presented us with various options since it was the first time our carpets had ever been cleaned. R.J. also moved a dresser to do additional cleaning. Very passionate about what they do. Easy to work with, and gave a lot of options for different services. Our guy called the night before to confirm the apointment. He was prompt the next day on his arrival. He did a great job cleaning up after our pampered pooch...;-D. The whole house looked great upon completion. He also cleaned a problem wool area rug and made is look great.
