Wonderful cleaning service! I recommend to to anyone who is having trouble with removing stains. My carpet had year long stains that I tried to removed with drugstore products and nothing did the trick. We honestly thought that we would have to change the carpet altogether but Active ChemDry removed all of the stains! Even the deep ones!!!!! Apart from that, the technicians were extremely helpful and nice. They answered all of my questions and catered to my needs! :) ( even helped me move the furniture!)

Friendly and professional service. Went above and beyond, even moving some small items to maximize the carpet cleaning. They even waited to go to lunch to make sure they arrived in a timely manner, calling to give a 30 minute window so you don't have to wait around all day! I would definitely use again!
Active Chem Dry very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. Did a great job in explaining cleaning options for my dirty carpets so the hot extraction (deep cleaning) with pre sprays was chosen. Glad to go with extra cleaning & pay a little more to get rid of dirty spots that came back after having carpets cleaned by others. The results were excellent carpets look and smell great. Great customer service and great cleaning services! They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule the original appointment. Lilly called to set up the new appointment and was very professional and courteous! RJ was the one that did the carpet cleaning. He was very personable and explained everything he was going to do and what to expect. The cleaning was great We will keep their number for the future and recommend them to friends and family!
