We found Active Chem through Groupon, and had no idea what to expect. We met RJ, who called ahead, showed up on time, and was polite, informative, and friendly from the start. He explained the process, offered options and suggestions, and did not try and apply any "upsell" pressure. For that my wife and I appreciate him even more. The carpets look great, and we feel like we received an excellent job for an excellent price. I highly recommend RJ and Active Chem!

RJ came to do our floors and he was wonderful! We have 3 rooms, stairs, a hallway and a very difficult area rug. He took the time to explain all the steps, the pricing and what to expect after he was finished. I love that they warranty their work as well. He was very honest about his work, and explained what the cleaning would take out of the carpet. My 11 month old baby was getting ready to go down for a nap, and he completed her room first so that the service wouldn't interrupt her sleeping schedule. I thought that was a v... read more

Chem Dry's carpet cleaning service Phenomenal! They were very friendly and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets in an orderly time. The appearance of our home smells and looks 10 times better than before.

Active ChemDry serviced my home today and the technician was very nice regarding the work to be done and my coupons as I was a first time customer. He honored the coupons and didn't force me to services I didn't want. The hose smells really clean now and the carpets look great! I am impressed and will refer Active ChemDry to my friends and neighbors.
The service person completely explained the grout cleaning on my floor. My first time so was very satisfied with procedure I am pleased with the presentation and final out come of my floors. He gave me a lot of tips also. The job was excellent and would definitely use him again. Great job!
