Dr. Oakley released a ton of tension that I was holding in my neck and shoulders. I'm an aerial dancer so my shoulders and neck are very tight. Feels a lot better after just one treatment. Looking forward to working with her more.

Ben and his staff are excellent. They used an ultrasound to detect a torn muscle. Within 10 days, they nursed me back to zero pain and regular workouts. Definitely recommend!
Huge thanks to Dr. Ben and the staff at Action Spine & Sports Medicine. I no longer have a hamstring problem thanks to his treatments and recommendations. With all the triathlons I had this year, he has helped keep this sometimes beat up body going. Today was great also, with the addition of Oakley to work on my foot/ankle and calf. Dr Ben keeps me going though all of the tough training. He has numerous different treatments he can employ to get your body functioning properly again. He is a great service for maintenance/injury prevention or fixing an existing issue. I trust him with all my needs.
