RecommendedDr. Ben is the best! No nonsense, gets you in and out and back in action ASAP. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him and his group at Action Spine.
I was having lingering shoulder pain and tightness. Dr. Ben quickly figured out what the issue was and began his plan of attack of dry needling, cupping, and a bit of graston. I feel basically 100% better just after 3 sessions with Dr. Ben than after months of another chiro. And Dr. Ben shoots you straight and doesn't urge you to buy more sessions than you really need. 10/10 would recommend!
Dr Ben Cowin is hands down quite the expert! Love his approach with his techniques!!

I came here for an old shoulder injury and the Docs have definitely helped me out! Dry needling and graston method have increased my range of motion and decreased pain!
I didn't really want to go here because they don't accept insurance, but I'm really glad I did and I'm going back. I went in for my ankle and ended up getting my shoulder and my tendinitis worked on and basically fixed. They were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone that has anything making them not feel 100%.
This sports-oriented office is the best of the best!
