They explain the benefits of each exercise and other pain relieving methods. Dr Jan was amazing. I was suffering from a herniated disc. He adjusted me, did some stretches and corrected imbalances. Im feeling like a new person. If you need a highly skilled and qualified chiropractor looks no further.
