Terrible company! In the business to simply sell new units, not repair. Not even sure they know how to repair. From the rude and disrespectful woman answering the phones, to the unprofessional manner of their technicians (who clearly don’t know how to install a unit), I’d never recommend them for anything. Wish I had known their reputation 3 years ago when they forced us to replace our a/c condenser. DO NOT CALL ACTION! Not even for emergency service!! Next time, I’ll sweat/ freeze for a few days!
We used this company for air duct cleaning. It was a great experience and I was highly satisfied with the service. The tech was prompt and very professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.
If there was a way I could give 0 stars I would. Charged me 800 dollars for something that I found out later through my warranty company should have been free. Should have know the whole thing was shady when the technician wouldn't give me a receipt and said he would email it to me. Although this was a few years back. Their terrible work is still haunting me till this day. Every person who has come out to service my heating and air conditioning since tells what a horrible installation job they did. Stay away!!!!!!!
This is my 4th time using them on my properties and they havent once failed me in any aspect. From a full air condition install and setup in my house to rebuilding my old heater, they provided me with more then excepetional service and knowledge as i know a decemt amount about heating and air myself. Thanks once again hope to not need anything soon but i know who to call when i do!!
