I had a problem with action Heating and Air and Ben as well. The reason I had called us because they had sold me a heater less than 10 years ago and the price was quite High it had a few issues within those 10 years butt this past winter I had an issue where the blower engine started making noise I was told by Ben that I would need a new heater because not only was the blower engine bad the fan itself was bent and that caused the heat exchanger to be scorched all caused by water coming down my chimney he also wanted to put i... read more
Responded to calls and text messages right away. Was always on time. Installed a new condenser, air handler, duct repairs, and a new wifi thermostat. Very professional job..
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had an issue with my outdoor unit, a so called technician came out and said I needed a new unit which was put in by this company in 2014. It should have been covered under warranty. After telling me it was covered and scheduling an appt. they called me the morning they were supposed to come out and said it wasn't covered under warranty. I told them that I would pay the $3300.00 for the unit and I would go after the warranty company myself. They told me that they would not come out to fix it... read more
