Upon initial consult, I was greeted professionally and transferred to a technician who quickly made an appointment to come over. It would be inaccurate to say that he left me waiting "out" in the cold because I was freezing cold inside my own house when the technician called back hours later to inform me that he couldn't make it because of "paperwork." I was not reassured at all by his sentiment that "it's nobody's fault really."
I have been very happy with Action Air. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are very willing to help in any situation. Highly recommended
I had a technical problem with my AC that was very frustrating. They sent out a technician, diagnosed it in about 10 minutes, came back the next day and fixed it. No problems, no worries, great service.
