After finding out that I was going on a trip next week she managed to get my dolly expedited and I received it today Wednesday (April 17). Ordered a tow dolly and it came damaged with someone else's name on it. They said no worries just take pictures and send them to us. Then they refused to send us a new one, saying it's just cosmetic! They sent threatening emails to us saying we better reverse our dispute when we put a stop payment on our credit card. Right now it's in limbo for over a month!

I've had my toll dolly for a little over two years. And have used it many thousand miles and very happy with it. Recently due to normal wear and tear, part of the steel cracked where the fender attaches to the frame. Not a big deal relatively easy fix. I was going to be in the area of the companies plant so I contacted them to see if they could fix it for me. The longest trip we have made with the dolly is about 700 miles, and it worked well. The last time I tried to load the car one of the bolts for the strap broke. I've emailed the company twice, but they apparently don't respond to customer service/support questions by email. I was able to order new winches which did come quickly.
