Terrible Customer Service. Walked in looking to built a cute bouquet of flowers for my daughter. Asked to see some flowers to generate an idea. The woman there came across bothered that I made such a request. Another woman came from the back to tell me “it’s best if you just give us a price and we do our thing”. Beautiful flowers. Got awesome bouquet with less than day notice.
I’m no stranger to receiving bouquets. Achara has some of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen. I’ve had the pleasure of receiving two stunning arrangements from this company, and both were exquisite. My Valentine’s bouquet now placed in the middle floor, fills my living room with its enchanting fragrance.
My daughter in law and myself received gorgeous bouquet of Roses from my son and husband (since we are unable to be together). Although they came a day early (which we thought was nice so we could enjoy them all day on Valentines), within 48 hours the petals were falling and several of the roses on both vases were dying/ dead. I have been going to Deveyln and her shop for over 10 years now for everything from homecoming to our wedding flowers and she always goes above and beyond. We go to her for all of our flower needs and sometimes I just tell her what the occasion is and let her take it from there and they always turn out amazing. Highly recommend for all your flower needs!
