Adriane came to our house twice (at my request) to review what needed to be done because I had changed my mind on where the utility sink should go. I wanted to make sure it could be put where asked. He gave an estimate of $350. By the time he finished, he charged me $750. I did not say anything because, after all, he did come to the house two other times. Adrian is awesome; I wish I had found him 10 years ago. He is professional, thorough, and a genuinely nice individual. He installed a water heater and water softener for me on a Saturday! He communicated well, he was prompt, and he took the time to answer questions I texted to him after the work was done. Adrian also went over and above by emptying out the water from the old softener and pouring the salt from the old softener into the new one; he didn't have to do that! I'd hire him again in a heartbeat.
