Totally PATHETIC. Just called one of their plumbers merely to uninstall a water heater, and although the heater was removed, there was a lot of water spilled. Didn't even take the existing water heater back (claiming there would be an extra charge and trip for it). Did not bring proper suppliers (screwdriver, bucket, etc.), did not place buckets to collect excess water. Claimed he was in a hurry for his next job, did not accept credit card, and charged $125 in cash merely to disconnect the existing system.
Adrien was great.
He was great to work with initially, but it ended up being a huge project due to a leak which they did fixed but failed to resolve or acknowledge the electrical issues which started making it smoking. We had to turn off the power and have an electrician come out to resolve. Ended up spending more then 1,000 to fix.

Adrian came over very quickly - same day in just a few hours and did a great job for a reasonable amount to replace our water heater and gets 5 stars plus. I will recommend him to friends and family and will call him next Spring when ready to do our osmosis project. I paid what we discussed beforehand and appreciate that too and would not have found him if not for Home Advisor.
Overall, pleased with the final results. Only gave 4 stars for customer service since it took a while and several phone calls to receive a receipt which I need for homesmart rebate. Otherwise, very pleased with the quick and timely service. Was able to get a new hot water heater replaced same day.
