The guy was unbelievable. He was able to explain in plain English what the issue was and the benefits to repairing as to replacing. He also let us know what to look for in the future and what to do to prevent further issues. He was prompt and showed up at 7am like he said he would. I never got 5 Star service before in my life before him.

He was very nice and prompt but brought a 6 year water heater when I requested 9 year and price did not change
Adrian (aka Ace) was smart in diagnosing the problem, kept his time to a minimum and tested the results often to be sure it was fixed. His excellent work and amount of charge proved to be an excellent value. I'd hire Ace again.
I had a new gas line installed to my kitchen for a new gas stove. Adrian Kolles did both installations very well at a fair price. Communication was very good with Adrian. I would definitely hire again.
