Hired ACE in April 2020 to install Water Heater in utility room. Cost of installment included labor, new Water Heater, and removal of old Water Heater. Set appointment time w/ACE and had to follow up with him because he did not show up. I had to reschedule to new appointment later in the day. Install of Water Heater went without any complications. (Hired 2018, reviewer late) I called about getting a gas line installed for a stove in a house I bought. He told me he wouldn?t come out unless I had the stove here so he could install it himself and make sure it was done right and didn?t leak. That made me feel a lot more secure about hiring him. Our 50 gal gas water heater stopped working on a Saturday Night. Mr Kolles was out on Sunday afternoon and did a great job of installing the new one very quickly, and at a reasonable price. He made a huge mess and left my home in disarray. I would not hire him again. I would probably call another contractor if I needed repair or service post installation.
