Way beyond in service, price, speed. Definitely would recommend
Adrian texted me at 6am saying that he would be available to help with my water heater installation. My old water heater had leaked so I knew I needed a new one. Adrian was able to come out and install a new water heater the next morning. He also gave me a ballpark quote for labor and a new water heater. He also suggested a tall water heater since I would have the space for one.
I would recommend Ace Kolles Plumbing to any one that would like fast and quality work.
Did a great job and came when it was most convenient for us. I would certainly hire him again.
I hired this company on July 31st to replace a water heater. Despite the same-day service I was able to receive, I would have been much better off waiting a couple of days and paying a little more for a much higher quality job from another company. During the process of service, Adrian seemed very rushed and hurried to finish and just get out, leaving a huge rust stain from draining out the water from the old heater that took an hour to clean. Very prompt and responsive. Called me on a holiday to make arrangements. Not a lot of plumbers would do that. The job was in progress before others contacted me
Adrian performed the work quickly and confirmed that everything worked properly before leaving. Great value for the cost.
Forgot their box in the basement but that was the only issue. so no complaints.
