I needed a furnace filter. I walked in the door, a friendly gal asked me what I needed, I told her & she directed me downstairs. As I descended, a nice young man walked up and said,"you're looking for a furnace filter? What size?" He helped me find just what I needed and I was on my way. I would have spent an hour in a "Big Box" store looking for filters and definitely would not have come away with the friendly feeling I got from these folks! Best hardware store EVER!!!!!
