The people at this store are extremely friendly and competent. Every time I come here everyone greets me and eagerly provides me witn courteous service. Parking's not bad if you can get one of the free spots in the back. Too bad there are not many more places with staff that are willing to show customer appreciation.
This has to be the best Ace Hardware ever been in they have so many cool things!
☆☆☆☆ My experience at Hillcrest Ace Hardware was very disappointing. The store manager, Amanda, came across as unprofessional and dismissive when addressing my concerns. Rather than trying to help resolve the issue, I felt that my questions and concerns were not taken seriously. Customer service is a major reason people choose to shop locally, so I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect.
