I've heard this is the "coolest" Ace Hardware in the country...I'd say it's the BEST, too. Really friendly people there to help (which I always need!). Big selection--I find stuff here the big box stores don't carry. In some ways, walking in the store reminds me of being a kid again...there just aren't many stores left with that feel. I'd also like to add (a BIG add) that Hillcrest Ace Hardware is part of our community, giving back in many ways. That keeps me coming back.
I can only say over the last 10 years I have never had a negative experience there yet and the sales people been very courteous to me I'd appreciate good service when I get it
Ace Hardware is a wonderful place to shop I was in the store for over an hour just walking around and looking at things. The really great place to clear head and enjoy as well. Also the girl that rang up my stuff was very friendly and sweet. Good job Ace Hardware!!!
Wouldn't look up my transaction or honor whay two employees had just told me it would be fine. It was a roll of defective duct tape.
Found a drill on sale for a really good price but of course they were sold out, not only did they special order it for me, they gave me the sale price! Love this place!!
