Jack Wallace came out to fix my garage. He offered unbelievable customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and efficient. He dropped the price twice as he was working and he'd realize the problem was easier than expected. He worked around my schedule with zero problem, he showed up right on time, and was done working and gone in a half hour. He offered a free 1 year warranty. The owner of the company was prompt, nice and fair. I would call him any time and I would tell my neighbors to call him if they needed garage work done.
I have used ACE Garage Door Repair a couple of times and have found their service and price to be the best in the area. I have found them very trustworthy and they know what they are doing to repair, rather than replace, my door opener.
Very dependable young men, very trustworthy, not price gouging, very professional, prompt and did a very excellent job and saved me some money by not overcharging me for work not needed.

Outstanding excellent dependable repair man did not mind coming very late at night, did a very good job at a very reasonable price. Saved me a lot of money was planning on getting a new garage door. He refurbished it to almost new. I will highly recommend him for any Garage/door job.

I am very impressed with the outstanding service! The price was very reasonable even though Jack had to come out twice, as he had to replace parts. He did not mind working after hours and did not charge us extra. The garage door is not only repaired, but also now runs smoothly and quietly, as he did make sure that everything was working perfectly again. Very professional and quick response. Everything was explained to us in detail. Thanks for an outstanding job! Would hire and recommend him anytime.
