Repairman looked for the simplest cause of problem first. I was very p[eased with the service I received.
Called at 7:30am and a new spring was installed before 9am. At a great price to boot. Perfect!
If you live in Livingston county I would say look no further for garage door repair. Jack came out on Sunday and replaced the broken spring in about 40 minutes. He is experienced and friendly. His prices were less than his competitors. Highly recommend ACE.
