Showed up on time, explained exactly what he was going to do. Clearly explained my options and finished the work quickly. Replaced both springs. Also looked at my garage door opener problem.
Responded quickly to our inquiry. Very knowledgeable about the equipment. Evaluated and repaired very economically and quickly an overhead garage door opener that another vendor had proposed replacing completely for eight times the price. We were completely delighted with the service and the results. Would call him again.

I have a sturdy older garage door and although i knew larger springs were available, i kept being told by repair companies that i would have to replace the garage door simply because i needed a new spring. I am so grateful for honest repairmen like Jack.
