I hold service companies and service people to high standards...Jack surpassed them. He is amazing, from his professionalism, to how he communicated, to showing-up on time, to doing a superior job on the work we requested, to even doing some little extras we hadn't asked about. He even came out on Labor Day weekend to fix the problem. And his price was very competitive with the other companies I spoke with, but came with superior quality and service!
