I been a customer with ace cash for years now and never had a problem with them till today. It was quite the disheartening encounter with Ace Cash call center/customer service center in Kansas as they communicated. I first spoke to Sonia which was unpatient and in a hurry to end the call and also a little condescending. I am being called multiple times for a check that a customer cashed at his Bank of America bank using his phone app and then walked into a ACE Cash Express and cashed it again. Ace is calling and demanding that I pay for them giving him money for the check again. I explained no I was not going to pay twice for there mistake of not making sure the check was cashed before giving him funds.

To whom this may concern, Monday March 20th my account with Ace check cashing was accessed. I received a text alert that I someone had turned off my text alerts but that if it wasn't me to call. As I was calling customer service I continued to get alerts that another debit card ending in different numbers was being reported as stolen and than a 2nd card was reported stolen as well.
