I am a regular customer and I have issues with the same employee every time I come to this location. The employee's name is Jasmine and every time I walk in I have to get her attention to help me. I recieved a loan offer from them by email complete with contract my apr repayment terms all i promptly signed it electronically and sent it back. then nothing when i tried to login to my account like the email said it made me start at beginning to fill out an application. i did and was denied instantly because they said my back account wasn't valid. i tried calling the number in email was not able to in touch with the person from who the email said to contact. I would like to be contacted regarding a class action law suit against NETSPEND. 6/18 MY card info and pin number was used multiple times within minutes at an ATM in new york I live in Missouri. I filed a dispute. Spent many hours trying to resolve.. Dispute denied no credit to account. Very vague information was sent to me regarding the investigation. I have had this account for over ten years.

Netspend is a SCAM. I am a college graduate and 2 times now I have waited on hold for nearly 2 hours over my MISSING stimulus check. Now NETSPEND airs a message saying we have started receiving stimulus checks and are depositing them as quickly as possible, yet when I questioned why they was saying that when they didnt have legal right to intercept government direct deposits and asked for a supervisor, the employee "HELEN" hung up on me. i got a prepaid card, it's about to be a week and i'm still yet to talk to anyone. i emailed all the information they needed and they still need me to talk to someone. i call them they leave me on hold for about a hour and the phone hangs up. never again. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Nothing other than a scam. The email I received was threatening and according to CFBC and other agencies, there were things in the email that are unlawful.
Netspend Gave Me Routing Number that does not Exist An now my refund will be sent back to the irs An netspend doesn't care An can't help me even tho it's their fault DO NOT USE NETSPEND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I paid my account off and they said they mailed my title. I never received my title in the mail and they will not give me any proof that they've even mailed it. Now on top of the rediculous fees they charge to borrow against your title, they can just say, "oh we notatated your account that it was mailed", without any proof.

They have allowed an unknown individual use our social security. We have made numerous attempts to rectify this matter with no regard. You're unable to speak with anyone in the fraud department. The website elaborates a reputable security department but unfortunately thats a scam. Protect your identity!
