ACE Cash Express is a SCAM!! They take payments out of your account UNAUTHORIZED after you've finished paying off the loan. When you call customer service they say you had a payment declined. WHY WOULD I RECEIVE NOTIFICATION THAT MY LOAN WAS PAID OFF IF THAT WAS THE CASE. Completely unprofessional and the absolute WORST customer service I've ever received. I gave one star only because they wouldn't allow me to give none.
I am only leaving a one star review because I have to. The customer service **** bank has going with the pre paid ******** account is the worst ever. From day one I've had issues with fees, service, it's horrible everything about this company is a joke!
I went in to ace cash express wanting to get a payday advance i didnt know they pulled credit report 3 times.

i hate this company the customer service is the WORST they send you on run arounds when asking for a manager to give you the same scripted response. they dont take unauthorized charges seriously and they dont value the customer and the needs of the customer.

Hi I tried numerous times to contact someone in the Executive office or to the CEO. I spoke to Latrici who was very unprofessional and argued with me on who I should be speaking to versus who I actually ask to be transferred to. Upon transfer me to the CEO or the assistant to the CEO it seems she could not transfer me properly I had to continue to call back over and over to be connected with supposedly Pam ******* who is the assistant to the executive. Customer Service is a joke. I tried to reach out to them to resolve the matter before filling a complaint. To start I sent them an email to inform them of the unauthorized inquiry. I received a reply to my 1st email within 24hrs to contact them by phone, I figured ok Customer Service read my email that really would rather discuss the issue by phone since it related to my personal information. This company told me to go to ********* and call Casey . He would advise me on the phone to get some card that cost 199.00 USD. Then I would have my loan request deposited into my account .
