I have used ACE CASH EXPRESS for a long time with probably 15 loans or more over the years. It irks me in the extreme that every time I take out a payday loan you ask me when I get paid and I always say the 3rd of the month and yet ACE CASH EXPRESS always wants to settle (pay off the balance) whether I have refinanced or not, the loan BEFORE the 3rd of the month. I worked hard for a day for a guy that went and bought me a prepaid account. I'm 14. I don't have an ID. You said I can't use it online. Essentially limiting where I can spend this. It's called fraud on your part. My money is held by you. I can't access it until I go to a physical store. I can't even use it for Amazon. This sucks. Not fair. All because I'm not 18. That's ageism. My money should be MY money...not yours until you let it go.

I received a Pre Paid Debit card that I did not apply for. This for me is concerning because I immediately thought I was a victim of identity theft. I am assuming that if I don't call and activate the account it won't be an issue but I don't know how you handle a situation like this.

I'm tired of netspend locking my accounts. I'm the only one who uses my card. Are they going to pay my bills? No. Car insurance and phone bill and stuff. I gotta give the bbb a failing grade to help resolve this matter too. They haven't done a thing. It's trouble when a man can't pay his bills and things get shut off.

i was gonna get a loan from them they scammed me out of 950.00 they made a direct deposit into my account i got a conf.from my bank saying it was deposited and then got another one from my bank saying thet the check was confirmed it was available to spend and two days later it just vanished out of my account and the bank says i owe them 950.00 and this guy from ace cash express (Eric F*****) keeps calling me saying i missed a payment and now another guy from ace cash express (Steve R******) is calling saying they are going t... read more

The communications you describe in your complaint are not from ACE or any person acting on ACE's behalf. I think nextspend should refund me my money they failed to keep my money safe while I was in jail and I have showed proof even photos they told me that they didn't find any error I'd like to file a class action lawsuits in this matter would like help

Worst customer service I have ever seen from a lady named tiara she is from the Cleveland area was here helping out but she was the rudest person I have ever met in my whole life.the dom and his boss called me to apologize but still wanted others to know..

Send out a real debit card (not paper ad) with my 15 year old childs name on it. Irresponsible in a day when identity theft is a huge issue. Minors names should not be allowed to be used like this.

I received a loan from Ace back in January of 2019 for 200 dollars. I was paying until I lost my job. I called Ace and told the that I recently lost my job. I have bank statements showing I was paying and really didn't owe that much. Now they got Dallas County calling me saying that their going to find me and call my job to pick me up from my place of work.
