Terrible, Keep changing hours, not in during regular hours, some days doctor wont come in even tho you have appointment, cant get refills even when they say they will call them in, wont advise you about it, wont respond to pharmacy, leave early and wont call in RX to pharmacy. Despite being assured of lab costs before going there,the price increases when arriving there, said they made mistake, then get billed for even more after you have paid and have to contact and fight to get it back down where it was. they demand new fol... read more
What a pleasant surprise! I went to Access Urgent Care tonight as my normal Dr couldn't fit me in and closed way before I got off work. I got there just 30 minutes before closing, however was treated like the first customer of the day. The receptionist was kind and informative. The nurse was out in a couple of minutes and treated me like a friend, which when you don't feel good, really makes the process much nicer!
