Tried calling to ask a few questions i have been on hold for 45 mins and NO ONE ever picked up the line!!
we made an appointment for 10:30 this morning, for a covid test for my 7 year old son. He is symptomatic and was exposed to someone who tested positive. it is 12:45pm and we are still waiting... they have only told me "another 45 minutes" each time I've called in to check. I've never felt so dismissed and unseen.
They have a customer service number that tells you 1 thing and then when you call them, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. They don’t want to see anyone. Apparently they are not a urgent care!!!
Don’t bother coming here if your actually sick NOT WITH COVID. They won’t even let you in the building they just assume you have COVID. Why bother even being open. 🙄
I was very unhappy with my experience here, I recently saw one of their PA’S Angela King, for a URI. She was in and out of the room in less than 2 minutes. When I went to go pick up my antibiotic, she post dated the prescription for 4 days! I have never had a antibiotic be posted in my life. She made it seem like it was a controlled medication or something. I called back up to the office to state that I didn’t want to wait 4 days to take my prescription, that I wanted to start it now( that’s why I want there in the first pla... read more

Recommendedi saw Stacy yesterday not feeling well and she was very nice and ran a series of blood tests which i felt i needed? I have used this urgent care a lot of the years and very glad that i have, the care has always been excellent and all the nurses are so nice. Thanks for a nice job well done. Always go the extra mile to see that i have what i need.
